1. Platform Description
RobinSeed is a decentralized launchpad on Robinhood Chain (EVM L2) that enables token creators to launch presales and fair launches with permanently locked liquidity. The platform provides smart contract infrastructure; it does not provide investment advice, endorse any project, or guarantee any outcomes.
2. No Endorsement
RobinSeed will never endorse or encourage investment in any project listed on the platform. Listing a token on RobinSeed does not constitute a recommendation. All projects are created by independent third parties. RobinSeed is not responsible for any losses.
3. User Responsibility (DYOR)
You are solely responsible for your own research before contributing to any launch. Token launches carry significant risk including total loss of funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only contribute what you can afford to lose.
4. Platform Fees
RobinSeed charges a 4% fee on all funds raised through the platform, deducted at finalization. A creation fee may also apply. These fees are disclosed before any transaction is signed.
5. Smart Contract Risks
Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. While RobinSeed contracts are designed with security in mind (permanent LP locks, no admin withdrawal functions), no smart contract system is entirely risk-free. Emergency withdrawals during active sales carry a 10% penalty.
6. LP Locking
Liquidity pool positions created through RobinSeed are either burned permanently (LP NFT sent to burn address) or locked with fees directed to the creator. Once finalized, LP cannot be withdrawn by anyone — this is enforced by smart contract code, not by policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Token metadata (names, logos, descriptions) is uploaded by creators to IPFS. RobinSeed does not verify the accuracy of metadata and is not responsible for misleading or fraudulent project information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RobinSeed and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
